- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Semolina – 3 tbsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Carom Seed – 1 tsp
- Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp
- Clarified Butter – 1 tbsp
- Paneer – 180 gm
- Processed Cheese – 1
- Mozzarella Cheese – 4 tbsp
- Chopped Green Chili
- Chopped Capsicum
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Red Chili Flakes – 1 tbsp
- Ginger green chilli paste – 1 tsp
- Pizza Seasoning – 2 tsp
- Sweet Corn – 4 to 5 tbsp
- Chopped Coriander
Instructions
- To make the amazing Atta Paneer Bati, take a wide plate, add 1 cup of wheat flour, 3 tbsp of semolina, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of carom seeds, and 1 tsp of Kasoori methi.
- Now add one tablespoon of ghee and mix everything well.
- Now add water as required and prepare a medium-soft dough.
- Now cover the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Now take 180 grams of paneer and grate it with the help of a medium-sized grater.
- Now add 4 tbsp of mozzarella cheese, one grated processed cheese, 2–3, and 5 tbsp of chopped capsicum.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of salt as per taste, 1 tbsp of red chili flakes, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp of pizza seasoning, 4-5 tbsp of boiled sweet corn, and chopped coriander, and mix everything well.
- After 5 minutes, check the dough and knead well.
- Now prepare small balls with the dough.
- Now take a ball, spread it, and give it a bowl shape.
- Now fill the stuffing, close it from all sides, and prepare a round ball.
- Now prepare the stuffed Bati with the remaining dough and stuffing.
