Materials
- Curd – 1 cup
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Coriander – 2 tbsp
- Chopped Ginger – 1 inch
- Chopped onion – 2 tbsp
- Chopped curry leaves – 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chilli – 2-3
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Rice flour – 2 tbsp
- Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- To make the tastiest & perfect Atta Mysore Bonda, take 1 cup of curd in a bowl and whisk well with the help of a whisker.
- Next step – add 1/2 cup of water to the curd and whisk well again.
- Next step – add 2 tbsp of coarse coriander, 1 inch of ginger, 2 tbsp of chopped onion, 1 tbsp of chopped curry leaves, and 2-3 chopped green chilli.
- Next step – add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, and salt as per taste, and mix everything well.
- Next step – place a strainer on the bowl, add 1 cup of wheat flour, and 2 tbsp of rice flour, and strain them into the bowl.
- Next step – add 1/2 tsp of baking soda, mix everything well and whisk well with your hands until it turns floppy.
- Next step – cover the batter and let it rest for 1.5 hours.
- After 1/5 hour check the batter and whisk well again with your hands.
- Now place a pan on flame, add oil for frying, and heat well on medium flame.
- Next step – dip your fingers into water, one by one, take a small portion of batter, and drop them into the hot oil.
- Next step – fry your Mysore bonds on medium flame until they turn golden and floppy.
- After the Mysore Bonda turns golden & crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
