Ingredients of Amla Candy Recipe

  • Amla/Gooseberry – 15 pcs
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Careway – 1/2 tsp 
  • Asafoetida – 2 pinch 
  • Jaggery – 3/4 cup
  • Dr Mango Powder – 1 tsp 
  • Black Salt – 1 tsp 
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp 
  • Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp 
  • Red chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp 
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tsp 
  • Sugar Powder – 4 tbsp

Materials

  • 15 pcs Amla/Gooseberry
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Careway 
  • 2 pinch Asafoetida 
  • 3/4 cup Jaggery 
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Salt 
  • 1/2 tsp Salt 
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli Powder 
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 tbsp Sugar Powder

Instructions

  • To make Instant Amla candy, first, take 15 amla/gooseberry.
  • Now, cut the amla into small pieces and spit the seeds.
  • Now, take a grinding jar and add amla pieces to it.
  • Now grind well and make a fine paste, and do not add the water.
  • Now 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp of caraway, two pinch asafoetida.
  • Now, place a pan on low flame and add cumin seeds, caraway, & asafoetida into it and dry roast for 1 minute.
  • After a 1-minute transfer, turn off the flame and let it cool.
  • Now grind it into a grinding jar or a crusher and make a fine powder.
  • Now again, place the pan on flame, add amla paste, and roast for 2 minutes until water evaporates.
  • After 2 minutes, add 3/4 cup of crushed jaggery, mix well, and melt on low flame.
  • After jaggery melts, turn the flame to medium and a prepared masala powder, 1 tsp of dry mango powder, 1 tsp of black salt, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli, and mix everything well.
  • Now add 1 tsp of lemon juice and mix well and cook until thick.
  • After the mix turns thick, turn off the flame and let it cool.
  • Now transfer the mix to a plate and take 4 tbsp of sugar powder in a bowl.
  • Now, take a small portion of the mix and prepare small candy with it.
  • Now coat the laddu into sugar powder.
  • Now, one by one, prepare round candy with the mix and coat with sugar powder.
  • Now, let them set for 1 hour after you can store them in a jar.
  • Now your Amla candy is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.

1 – To make Instant Amla candy, first, take 15 amla/gooseberry.

9 – Now again, place the pan on flame, add amla paste, and roast for 2 minutes until water evaporates.

14 – Now transfer the mix to a plate and take 4 tbsp of sugar powder in a bowl.

15 – Now, take a small portion of the mix and prepare small candy with it.

17 – Now, one by one, prepare round candy with the mix and coat with sugar powder.
