Ingredients of Aloo Tuk Recipe

  • Potatoes – 10
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
  • Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Dry Mango Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
  • Chopped Coriander

Materials

  • 10 Potatoes 
  • Oil for deep fry
  • 1 tsp Oil 
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Black Salt
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder 
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala 
  • Chopped Coriander

Instructions

  • To make Spicy Sindhi Aloo Tuk first take 10 Peeled Potato and dip into cold water and add 1 tsp of salt for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • After 10 Minutes remove the excess water and pat dry all potato with the help of a towel/tissue.
  • Now cut all potato into 2 parts.
  • Now place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry and heat well.
  • Now add all potato pieces slowly and add 1 tsp salt into oil and fry them on a medium flame for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes check with a fork if the potato cooked inside.
  • Now press on all pieces of potato with a bowl.
  • Now again place a pan on high flame and add oil for deep fry and heat.
  • Now all flatten potato pieces to the oil and fry well on high flame until golden crisp.
  • After it’s all potato to golden transfer them to a plate and fry all batches.
  • Now place a pan on low flame and add 1 tsp of oil to it and heat.
  • Now add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of cumin powder and mix well.
  •  Now add all fried potato pieces to it and mix well and coat.
  •  Now add 1/2 tsp of Black salt, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of dry mango powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala, and mix gently and coat well.
  •  Now turn off the flame and add chopped coriander.
  • Now your Spicy Aloo Tuk is ready and you can enjoy them.

Aloo Tuk Recipe – Step By Step

1 – To make Spicy Sindhi Aloo Tuk first take 10 Peeled Potato and dip into cold water and add 1 tsp of salt for 10 to 15 minutes.
