आलू का नया गरमागरम चटपटा नाश्ता विश्वास कीजिये मेहमान आने पर यही बनाना चाहेंगे Aloo ke Kabab – Aloo

INGREDIENTS
Boiled Potatoes – 4
Bread – 5 pcs
Finely Chopped Green Chilli
Finely chopped coriander
Finely chopped Mint
Finely Chopped Onion – 1
Finely Chopped Ginger – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 2 pinch
Crushed Coriander seeds- 2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Lime Juice – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Arrowroot Powder – 4 tbsp
All Purpose Flour – 3 tbsp
water as required
Oil for shallow fry

  • Take potatoes boil them and Let them cool completely.
  • Grate all potatoes or mash.
  • Take bread make into pieces add into a jare and make a fine powder to prepare bread crumbs.
  • Add 4 tbsp bread crumbs into grated potatoes.
  • Add Finely chopped Coriander,Finely chopped Mint,Finely Chopped Onion,Finely Chopped Ginger,Red Chilli Flakes,Turmeric Powder,Crushed Coriander seeds,Garam Masala,Roasted Cumin Powder,Red Chilli Powder,Lime Juice,Salt.
  • Add arrowroot/Rice flour/Corn flour/Poha Powder and Mix well.
  • Take ball size dough and prepare tikkis.
  • Prepare all tikkis in same way.
  • Take a bowl add All Purpose Flour,water and prepare slurry.
  • Dip kabab into slurry and coat with bread crumbs.
  • Store in air tight container,cover with cling wrap.
  • Close lid and store for 1 week in freezer.
  • You can Shallow fry/Deep fry/Air fry/Bake for 15-18 mins at 180 pre heated oven.
  • Take a pan add oil and heat on medium flame.
  • Fry kabab on low medium flame.
  • Flip and fry until golden crisp.
  • Take out and transfer onto a tissue papper.
  • Aloo ke kabab is ready to serve..Enjoy!!
