  • Ararot – 2 tbsp 
  • Besan/Gram flour – 2 tbsp 
  • Hing/Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp 
  • Kashmiri red chilli – 1 tsp 
  • Garam Masala – 
  • Chaat Masala – 1/4 tsp 
  • Red food Colour

Materials

  • Baby Potato – 1/2 Kg 
  • Ararot – 2 tbsp 
  • Besan/Gram flour – 2 tbsp 
  • Hing/Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp 
  • Kashmiri red chilli – 1 tsp 
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Chaat Masala – 1/4 tsp 
  • Red food Colour 

Instructions

  • To make the Perfect Potato Chaat, take 1/2 kg of boiled Baby Potato.
  • Now add 2 tbsp of cornflour, 2 tbsp of gram flour, 1/4 tsp of asafoetida, salt as per taste.
  • Now add 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of garam masala, 1/2 tsp of chaat masala, one pinch of red food colour.
  • Now add little water as required and mix everything well.
  • Now, place a pan on flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
  • Now, add coated potato into oil and fry well one by one.
  • After some time, flip all potatoes and fry well until they turn golden.
  • After the potatoes turn golden and crispt, transfer them to a plate.
  • Now, take a masher and mash all the potatoes a little.
  • Now, take a plate, add fried potato, and sprinkle chaat masala on them.
  • Now add green chutney and chopped coriander.
  • Now your Perfect Baby Potato Chaat is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
