Materials
- Onion – 8 to 9
- Tomato – 6
- Green Chilli – 6 to 7
- Ginger – 2 inch
- Black Paper – 1 tbsp
- Black Cardamom – 2 to 3
- Clove – 8
- Cumin Seed – 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon Muskmelon seed – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 5 tbsp
- Bay Leaf/ Tej Patta – 2
- Kashmiri Red Chilli – 2 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder – 4 tbsp
- Salt – 2 to 3 tbsp
- Water – 1 cup
Instructions
- To make the perfect all-purpose gravy, take a bowl, 8–10 roughly chopped onions, 6 roughly chopped tomatoes, 6-7 green chillies, and 2 inches of ginger.
- Now add 1 tbsp of pepper corn, 2-3 black cardamoms, 8 cloves, 1 tbsp of cumin seeds, a cinnamon stick, and 1 tbsp of muskmelon seeds.
- Now take a grinding jar, add all the ingredients, including the including the coriander stem, and make a coarse paste.
- Now place a pan on a flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 2 bay leaves, the prepared paste, and roast well on medium heat.
- After the gravy starts boiling, close the lid and cook for 6-7 minutes on medium heat.
- Now take a bowl and add 2 tbsp of Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tbsp of red chili powder, 1 tbsp of turmeric powder, 4 tbsp of coriander powder, and salt as per taste.
- Now add 1 cup of water and mix everything well.
- After 6-7 minutes, check the gravy, remove the lid, and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
- After 2-3 minutes, add the prepared masala paste and mix well.
- Now close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, check the gravy and turn off the flame.
- Now your perfect all-purpose graveyard is completely ready.
Matar Paneer Recipe
- To make the Instant Matar Paneer, place a pan on flame, add 1 teaspoon of oil, and heat well.
- After the hot oil, add 3 tablespoons of prepared gravy and roast a little.
- Now add 1/4 cup of frozen peas and 1/2 cup of paneer cubes and mix well.
- Now add salt as per taste, water as required, and boil.
- After a boil, add milk cream, Kasoori methi, and chopped coriander and mix well.
- Now your perfect Instant Matar Paneer is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
