  • Green chilli – 150 gm
  • Mustard – 4 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Mustard Oil – 5 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 2 tsp
  • lemon juice – 1.5 tbsp
  • Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  • To make the perfect Achari Hari Mirch Ki Sabzi, take 150 grams of thick Green chilli and wash & wipe them.
  • Next step – remove the stem and cut the all green chilli into small pieces.
  • Next step – take a crusher, add 4 tbsp of mustard seeds, and crush well.
  • Next step – add 1 tbsp of fennel seeds and crush it well.
  • Next step – place a tempering pan on flame, add 5 tbsp of mustard oil, and heat well.
  • After the oil is hot, turn off the flame and let it a little cool.
  • Next step – take chopped green chilli, add crushed mixture, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 2 tsp of salt, & 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
  • Next step – add 1/2 tsp of asafoetida into mustard oil and mix well.
  • Next step – add mustard oil to the chilli mixture and mix well.
