Materials
For Achari Chutney
- 1 Chopped tomato – 1
- 1 tsp Grated ginger – 1
- 2 Chopped green chilli – 2
- 4 Garlic cloves – 4
- 1 tsp Pickle Mashala
- 1 tbsp Curd
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
For Achari Cheela
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- Achari Chutney
- 2-3 tbsp Chopped carrot
- 3 tbsp Finely chopped cauliflower
- 3 tbsp Chopped onion
- 3 tbsp Finely chopped capsicum
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- Salt as per taste
- Oil required for cooking
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
Instructions
- To make Perfect Achari Atta Cheela take a grinding jar and add one chopped tomato, 1 tsp of grated ginger, two chopped green chilli, four garlic cloves, 1 tsp of pickle masala.
- Now add 1 tbsp of curd, 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds and grind everything well.
- Now, take a bowl and add 1 cup of wheat flour, prepared chutney, 2-3 tbsp of chopped carrot, 2-3 tbsp of finely chopped cauliflower, 3 tbsp of chopped onion, 3 tbsp of finely chopped capsicum, finely chopped onion.
- Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp of garam masala and mix everything well.
- Now add salt as per taste, and little by little, add water, mix well, and prepare a thick batter.
- Now, place a pan on flame and grease it with oil.
- After the pan is hot, add one full ladle batter and spread well.
- Now add some drops of oil, close the lid and cook it for 1 minute on low flame.
- After 1 minute, check the Cheela and turn it to another side and cook well.
- After Cheela turns golden, transfer it to a plate and roast the next Cheela.
- Now, your Instant Achari Cheela is ready.
- Now, if you want to serve your Achari Cheela differently, take a Cheela and cut it into four pieces.
- Now apply mayonnaise mix(take 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and add 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup and mix well) and close it with a second Cheela slice.
- Now prick a toothpick, and your Achari Cheela is ready to serve, and you can enjoy it.
