  • Raw Mangoes – 4 pcs
  • Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp 
  • Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp 
  • Black salt – 1 tsp 
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp 
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp 
  • Mint leaves – 1/2 cup 
  • Mishri – 750 gms 
  • Water – 1.5 cup 
  • Green food colour

Materials

  • Raw Mangoes – 4 pcs
  • Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp 
  • Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp 
  • Black salt – 1 tsp 
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp 
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp 
  • Mint leaves – 1/2 cup 
  • Mishri – 750 gms 
  • Water – 1.5 cup 
  • Green food colour

Instructions

  • To make the perfect and healthy aam Panna take 4 raw mangoes and cut the top part.
  • Now take an Idli Mould and place the Raw mangoes into it.
  • Now place an Idli Steamer on gas, add water and boil.
  • Keep the idli mould over the idli steamer after the water starts boiling.
  • Now, close the lid and steam for 12-15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, turn off the flame and check the mangoes with the help of a toothpick.
  • Now gently remove the seeds and take out the pulp to a bowl.
  • Now, take a grinding jar and add mango pulp.
  • Now add 1 tsp of roasted cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 2 tsp of black salt, and 1/2 tsp of salt.
  • Now add 1 tsp of cardamom powder and churn everything well.
  • Now add 1/2 cup of mint leaves, and churn well one more time.
  • Now, take 750 of Mishri and crush it with the help of a roller pin.
  • Now add crushed Mishri into a grinding jar, grind well and make a fine powder.
  • Now place a kadhai on flame, add Mishri powder, 1.5 cups of water and melt the Mishri on medium flame.
  • After Mishri Melts, add prepared Mango Paste and mix well on medium flame.
  • After the mix turns a little thick, add green food colour, mix well and cook until it turns sticky.
  • After the syrup turns sticky, turn off the flame, add 2-3 tbsp of lemon juice and mix well.
  • After the syrup turns cool, fill it into a bottle, and you can store it for 1 year.
  • To serve the Aam Panna, take a glass and add some ice cubes to it.
  • Now add 2 tbsp of mango syrup, chilled water and mix well.
  • Now your amazing Chilled and refreshing Aam Panna is completely Ready, and you can enjoy it.
