This is a very simple recipe to follow and its teste is amazing and this is also good for health.

Aam Ki Launji Recipe | How to make Aam Ki Launji | Sweet & Spicy Mango Chutney Recipe
In this post, I am going to share an amazing and easy recipe to make Aam Ki Launji at Home.
Yield: 4 people
Materials
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Carom Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Nigella/Kalonji
- 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 cup Water
- Salt as per taste
- 1 cup Jaggery
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Instructions
- To make Aam Ki Launji first take 2 Raw mango ( 500 Grams).
- Now peel all Mango with the help of a peeler and roughly cut all mango and remove the seeds.
- Now cut into long thick pieces.
- Now place a pan on flame and add 2 tbsp of oil and heat well.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp of Nigella/Kalonji, 1/2 tsp of fennel seeds, 2 pinches of asafoetida, and mix and saute well for 1 minute.
- Now add all chopped mango and coat well and saute.
- Now add 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well on low flame.
- Now add 1 cup of water and mix well.
- Now add salt as per taste and mix well.
- Now close the lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add 1 cup of crushed jaggery and melt well on medium-high flame.
- Now test it and if you found sourer then add more jaggery to it.
- Now mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of chaat masala, 1/2 tsp of garam masala and mix well.
- Now turn off the flame and transfer It into a bowl.
- Now your Aam ki Launji is ready and you can enjoy it.
