Materials
- All Purpose Flour – 500 gm
- Nigella – 1tsp Salt – 1 tsp
- Baking Powder – 1 tsp
- Pure Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Chopped Coriander
- Boiled Potato – 4
- Curd – 1/2 cup
- Milk – 2 tbsp
- Oil- 1 tsp
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Garlic – 2 tbsp
- Chopped Coriander
Instructions
- To make the amazing Aloo Naan, take a bowl, 500 grams of all-purpose flour, one teaspoon of Nigella seeds, and one teaspoon of salt, and mix well.
- Now add 1 tsp of baking powder, 2 tbsp of ghee, chopped coriander, four boiled potatoes, and 1/2 cup of curd, and mix everything well.
- Add milk as required, knead well, and prepare a soft dough.
- Now, prepare medium-sized mall balls with the prepared dough.
- Now, coat it with the flour and roll it to medium thickness with the help of a roller pin.
- Now place a pan on the flame, place the prepared naan on the tawa, and roast well.
- After some time, flip the naan and roast on both sides.
- After the naan turns golden, transfer it to a plate and roast the next naan.
- Now place a small pan on the flame, add two tablespoons of butter, and melt.
- Now add two tablespoons of chopped garlic and roast well.
- After some time, add chopped coriander, mix well, and turn off the flame.
