Materials
- Raw Mango – 1 kg
- Sugar – 2 cup
- Jaggery – 300 gm
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Fennel Seed – 1 tsp
- Carom Seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Nigella Seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Seed – 1 tsp
- Fenugreek Seed – 1/4 tsp
- Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- To make the perfect spicy Aam Ki Chutney, take 1 kg of mango, wash well, and peel the mangoes.
- Now grate the mangoes and separate the seeds.
- Take a pan, add grated mangoes, 2 cups of sugar, and 300 grams of grated jaggery, and mix everything well.
- Now place the pan on the flame and melt the jaggery and sugar.
- After 8–10 minutes, add 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder, 1/2 tsp of black salt, 1/2 tsp of white salt, and 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and cook until it turns thick.
- Now place a pan on the flame add 1 tsp of fennel seeds, 1/2 tsp of carom seeds, 1/2 tsp of Nigella seeds, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, and 1/4 tsp of fenugreek seeds, and roast for 30–40 seconds.
- After 30–40 seconds, turn off the flame and crush it with the help of a crusher.
- Now add the prepared masala to the chutney and mix well.
- After the chutney turns thick, turn off the flame, add cardamom powder, and mix well.
- Now your perfect Spicy Aam Ki Chutney is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
