Materials
- Sago – 1 cup
- Rock salt – 1 tsp
- Cumin Seed
- Ginger Green Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
- Boiled Potato – 2
- Chopped Coriander
- Oil
Instructions
- Place a pan on the flame to make the perfect Sabudana Poori, add 1 cup of sago, and roast a little.
- After roasting a little, turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Now take a grinding jar, add roasted Sabudana, and make a fine powder.
- Now strain the Sabudana powder with the help of a strainer.
- Now add 1 tsp of rock salt, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of ginger green chili paste, two boiled potatoes, and chopped coriander, and mix well.
- Now add warm water as required and prepare a soft dough.
- Now add one teaspoon of oil and knead one more time.
- Now cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, check the dough, take a big portion of the dough, and roll it.
- Now cut the Poories with the help of a small bowl.
- Now place a pan on a flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
- After the oil is medium-hot, add the prepared Poories and fry until golden.
- After the Poories turn golden, transfer the Poories to a plate and fry the next batch.
- Now your perfect Sabudana Poories are completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
