Materials
- Raw Mango – 3
- Water – 1 to 1.5 cup
- Mint Leaves/Pudina
- Black Salt – 2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 2 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
- Rock Sugar – 3 cup
- Water – 1.5 cup
- Green Food Color – 2 pinch
- Lemon Juice – 3 tbsp
- Ice Cubes
- Cold Water
- Mint Leaves/Pudina
- Lemon Slice
- Sabja seed – 2 tbsp
- Soda
- Sattu Powder – 1 tsp
Instructions
- To make the amazing Aam Panna, take 3 fresh raw mangoes and soak overnight.
- Now peel the mangoes and add cut marks to all the mangoes.
- Now place a cooker on flame, add all mangoes and 1.5 cups of water, and cook until 4-5 whistles.
- After 4-5 whistles, check the mangoes and let them cool.
- After the mangoes cool, separate the mango pulp into a bowl.
- Take a grinding jar, add the mango pulp, a handful of mint leaves, 2 tsp of black salt, 1 tsp of pepper powder, 2 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of cardamom powder, and make a fine paste.
- Now place a Kadhai on the flame, add 3 cups of raw sugar and 1.5 cups of water, and melt the sugar.
- After the sugar melts, add the mango pulp and cook until it turns sticky.
- After cooking for some time, add two pinches of green food color and mix well.
- After the syrup turns sticky, turn off the flame, add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, and mix well.
- After the syrup cools, store it in a glass bottle, and you can store it for 3–4 months.
- The first way to serve the Aam Panna is to take a glass, add prepared syrup, ice cubes, chilled water, and mix well.
- The second way to serve the Aam Panna is to take a glass, add prepared syrup, soaked sabza seeds, ice cubes, and chilled soda.
