- Semolina – 250 gm
- Oil – 50 gm

- Black Salt – 1 tbsp

- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 2 tbsp

- Tamarind – 1/4 cup
- Jaggery – 1/4 cup
- Water – 2 cups
- Ice Cubes – 2

Suji Golgappa Recipe – Step By Step
1: To make the perfect Suji Golgappa, take a wide plate, add 250 grams of semolina and 50 grams of hot oil, and mix well.
2: Little by little, add hot water, knead well, and prepare a soft dough.
3: Place a pan on flame, add oil, and heat well on medium flame.
4: Take a small portion of dough (keep the remaining dough covered) and prepare small, oval-shaped balls.
5: Now, one by one, evenly roll all the balls like in the following image.
6: Now add the rolled Golgappa to the hot oil and fry well until golden and crispy.
7: After the Golgappa turns golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
8: Now your perfect Golgappa is completely ready.
Secret Masala Recipe
1: To make the perfect sauce, take a bowl and add 1 tbsp of black salt, 1 tbsp of white salt, 2 tbsp of Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tsp of garam masala, and 1 tsp of pepper powder.
2: Now add 1 tsp of red chili flakes, 1 tbsp of roasted cumin powder, 1 tbsp of panipuri masala, and 1 tsp of dry mango powder, and mix everything well.
Tamarind Mitha Pani Recipe
1: To make the perfect tamarind water, add 1/4 cup of seedless tamarind, 1/4 cup of jaggery, and 1.5 cup of water.
2: Place the pan on flame, add the water, and boil it.
3: After a boil, turn off the flame and filter the tamarind water.
4: Now take a bowl and separate the 3 tablespoons of tamarind water from it.
5: Now add 2 cups of chilled water and 2 tablespoons of prepared masala to the tamarind water, Boondi, and ice cubes and mix well.
6: Now your perfect tamarind water/Mitha Pani is completely ready.
Tikha Pani Recipe
1: To make the perfect Tikha Pani, take a grinding jar, and add a handful of coriander leaves, 1/2 cup of mint leaves, 1/2 inch of ginger, 3–4 green chillies, and 2 lemon juices.
2. Now add a little water and prepare a fine paste.
3: Now take a bowl and separate the 3 tablespoons of green chutney paste into it.
4: Now add 2 cups of chilled water and 2 tablespoons of prepared masala to the green chutney water, Boondi, and ice cubes and mix well.
5: Now your perfect Tikha Pani is completely ready.
Khatta Mitha Pani Recipe.
1: Take a bowl, add separated tamarind paste, separated green chutney paste, prepared masala, and 2 cups of chilled water.
2: Now add chopped onion, chopped coriander, and ice cubes and mix well.
3: Now your Khatta Mitha Pani is completely ready.
Aloo Masala
1: To make the perfect Aloo Masala, take 3 boiled potatoes and roughly crush them.
2: Now add boiled black chana, prepared secret masala, prepared green chutney, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander, and lemon juice, and mix everything well.
