- Sesame seeds – 150 gm
- Peanut – 1/2 cup
- Desiccated Coconut – 3 tbsp
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Nutmeg
- Jaggery – 300 gm
- Clarified Butter – 1 tbsp
- Water – 2 tbsp
- Pistachio
Instructions
- To make the perfect Til Gud Gajak Barfi, place a pan on flame, add 150 grams of sesame seeds, and roast a little on a low-medium flame.
- After some time, transfer the sesame seeds to a plate, add 1/2 cup of peanuts to the kadhai, and roast well.
- After roasting well, turn off the flame, transfer the roasted peanuts to a plate, and let it cool.
- Next step: transfer the peanuts to a cloth, rub it, and remove all the skin.
- Next step: strain the peanut skin with the help of a filter.
- Next step: add roasted sesame seeds into a grinding jar and make a coarse powder.
- Next step: transfer the sesame seed powder into a bowl.
- Next step: add roasted peanuts to the grinding jar and make a coarse powder.
- Next step: transfer the peanut powder into the sesame seed powder bowl.
- Next step: add 3 tbsp of desiccated coconut, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, and grated nutmeg, and mix everything well.
