Aate Ki Barfi Recipe | How to make Atta Barfi at Home | Atta Barfi Recipe
Materials
- Wheat flour – 1.5 cup
- Gram flour – 1/4 cup
- Clarified Butter – 1/2 cup
- Sugar Powder – 1/2 cup
- Sugar Powder – 2 tbsp
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Pistachio
Instructions
- To make the perfect Atta Barfi, place a Kadhai on flame, add 1.5 cups of wheat flour and roast well on low flame.
- After 2 minutes, add 1/4 cup of gram flour, mix well, and roast.
- After 3-4 minutes, add 1/2 cup of ghee in batches and roast well.
- After the mix leaves the pan, add 1/2 cup of sugar powder and mix well.
- After mixing well, again add 2 tbsp of sugar powder, and mix well.
- After the mix leaves the pan, add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
- Next step – turn off the flame and transfer the Barfi mix into a greased tray.
- Next step – spread the barfi, garnish with chopped pistachio & almonds and let it set a little.
- After the barfi is semi-set, cut the barfi into pieces.
- Now your perfect Atta Barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
