Materials
- Fox Nut – 100 gm
- Almonds – 1/2 cup/80 gm
- Poppy Seed – 1/4 cup
- Melon Seed – 1/4 cup
- Dates – 50 grams
- Rock Sugar – 1 cup
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder
Instructions
- To make the tastiest and healthy Laddu, place a pan on flame, add 100 grams of fox nut and roast a little.
- After roasting, transfer the roasted Fox nut to the plate.
- Next step – add 1/2 cup of almonds into the pan and roast a little.
- After roasting, transfer the roasted almonds to the plate.
- Next step – add 1/4 cup of poppy seeds, and roast a little.
- After roasting, transfer the roasted poppy seeds into the plate.
- Next step – add 1/4 cup of melon seeds into the pan and roast well.
- After roasting well, transfer the roasted melon seeds into the plate and let everything cool.
- Next step – take a grinding jar, add roasted fox nuts, almonds, poppy seeds, and melon seeds, make a fine powder, and transfer the powder into a bowl.
- Next step – add 1 cup of roasted chana into the grinding jar, make a fine powder, and transfer into the bowl.
- Next step – add 50 grams of dry dates(seedless & chopped) into a grinding jar and make a fine powder.
- Next step – transfer the dry dates powder into the bowl and mix everything well.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add 1 cup of rock sugar, 1/2 cup of water, and melt.
- After some time, add cardamom powder and mix well.
- After the syrup turns sticky, turn off the flame.
- Next step – little by little, add prepared syrup into the Laddu mixture and mix everything well.
- Next step -add chopped pistachio and prepare small Laddus with the Laddu mixture.
