Suji Shakarpara Recipe | How to make Sooji Shakarpara at Home | Rava Shakarpara Recipe
Materials
- Semolina/Chiroti – 1 bowl
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Wheat flour – 1/4 bowl
- Sugar powder – 1/4 bowl
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 ts
- Clarified Butter – 1/3 bowl
- Milk – 1/2 bowl
- Oil
Instructions
- To make the perfect Sooji Shakarpara, take a big plate, and add 1 bowl of fine semolina/Sooji.
- Next step – add a pinch of salt, 1/4 bowl of wheat flour, 1/4 bowl of sugar powder, and 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix everything well.
- Next step – add 1/3 bowl of melted cup ghee in batches and mix well.
- Next step – little by little add 1/2 bowl of milk and prepare a soft dough.
- Next step – cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, check the dough and knead well again.
- Next step – take small portion of dough and roll it to medium thickness.
- Next step – cut the Shakarpara into small pieces with the help of a Gujiya cutter or a knife.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add oil for frying, and heat well on medium flame.
- After the oil is medium hot, add prepared Shakarpara into the oil and fry well until golden & crispy.
- After the Shakarpara turns golden & crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
- Now your perfect Suji Shakarpara is completely ready, and you can enjoy your Suji Shakarpara.
