Lachha Aloo Tikki Recipe | How to make Aloo Tikki at Home | Aloo Ki Tikki Recipe
Materials
- Chopped Green Chili – 2 to 3
- Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Arrowroot Powder – 5 tbsp
- Curd Green Chutney
- Sweet Chutney
- Black Salt
- Red Chili Powder
- Chaat Masala
- Chopped Tomato
- Carrot Julienne
Instructions
- To make the amazing Aloo Lachha Tikki, take four new potatoes, peel them and keep them in water
- Next step – grate the potatoes with the help of a medium-sized grater and keep the grated potato in water.
- Next step – wash the grated potato 2-3 times until the white starch is removed completely.
- Next step – drain the water with the squeeze grate potato with the help of a muslin cloth and remove the water completely.
- Next step – add 2-3 chopped green chilli, 1 tsp of grated ginger, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, and salt as per taste.
- Next step – add 5 tbsp of arrowroot powder and mix everything well.7
- Next step – prepare small Tikki with help of a bowl.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
- After the oil is medium hot, one by one, add prepared Aloo Tikki into the oil and fry well on medium flame.
