  • Bay Leaf – 2 
  • Cloves – 2 
  • Black Peppercorns – 4 
  • Green Cardamom – 2 
  • Fenugreek Seed – 1/4 tsp 
  • Cumin Seed – 1/2 tsp 
  • Mustard Seed – 1/2 tsp 
  • Dried Red Chili – 2 
  • Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp

  • Chopped Ginger – 1 inch 
  • Chopped Green Chili – 3 to 4 
  • Garlic – 6 to 7

  • Gram flour – 1 cup 
  • Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp 
  • Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp

  • Bay Leaf – 2 
  • Cloves – 2 
  • Black Peppercorns – 4 
  • Green Cardamom – 2 
  • Fenugreek Seed – 1/4 tsp 
  • Cumin Seed – 1/2 tsp 
  • Mustard Seed – 1/2 tsp 
  • Dried Red Chili – 2 
  • Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp 
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 tbsp 
  • Cumin Powder  – 1 tsp 
  • Coriander Powder  – 1 tsp 2
  • Tomato coarse paste 
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp 
  • Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp 

Instructions

  • To make the perfect Besan Ki Sabzi, take a grinding jar, and add 1-inch ginger, 3-4 chopped green chilli, 6-7 garlic cloves, and two chopped onions.
  • Next step – grind on the pulse and make a coarse paste.
  • Next step – take a bowl, add 1 cup of gram flour, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp of garam masala, and salt as per taste.
  • Next step – add 1 tbsp of prepared paste and mix well.
  • Next step – little by little, add water and prepare a semi-thick batter.
  • Next step – add chopped coriander and mix well.
  • Next step – place a Tawa on flame, grease it with oil, and heat well.
  • Next step – add one laddle full batter and spread a little.
  • After the Gram flour Cheela turns golden flip it like the following image and transfer it to a plate.
  • Next step – prepare Cheela Roll with the remaining batter.
  • After the Cheela Roll turns cool cut them into small pieces.
  • Next step – place a kadhai on flame, add 2 tbsp of oil, and heat well on medium flame.
  • After the oil is hot, two bay leaves, two cloves, four peppercorns, two green cardamoms, 1/4 tsp of fenugreek seeds, and saute well.
  • Next step – add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds and saute well.
  • Next step – add prepared onion paste and roast well on medium flame until pink.
  • After the onion turns little pink, add two dry red chillies and mix well.
  • Next step – 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, and mix well.
  • After some time, add coarse paste of 2 tomatoes, salt as per taste, mix well, and cook on medium flame with a closed lid.
  • After 4-5 minutes, remove the lid, add 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of Kasuri methi, and mix well.
  • Next step – add 1.25 glass of water, and finely chopped coriander, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • After 3-4 minutes, add Chilla Roll pieces, gently mix and cook for 1 minute.
  • After 1 minute, turn off the flame and garnish it with chopped coriander, split green chilli, and leave it covered for 1 minute.
  • Now your perfect Gatte Ki Sabji is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
