Materials
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Kashmiri Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
- Salt as per Taste – 1 tsp
- Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp
- Paneer – 500 Oil – 2 tbsp
- Cashew nut – 1/4 cup
- Curd – 500 gram
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
- Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seed – 1 tsp
- Cardamom/Green – 2 piece
- Clove – 2
- Black Peppercorns – 4
- Dry Red Chili – 2
- Chopped Ginger – 1 tbsp
- Silted Green Chili – 2 to 3
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Chopped Coriander
- Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp
Instructions
- To make the perfect Dahi Paneer Masala, take a bowl, and add 1 tbsp of oil.
- Next step – add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of Kasuri methi, and mix everything well.
- Next step – add 500 grams of paneer and coat well.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
- Next step – add coated paneer into oil and roast a little on all sides.
- After 2 minutes, turn off the flame and transfer the roasted cheese to a plate.
- Next step – take 1/4 cup of cashew and boil it in water until soft.
- Next step – add boiled cashew into the grinding jar, grind well and make a fine paste.
- Next step – take 500 grams of curd and whisk well.
- Next step – add 2 tbsp of cashew paste into whisked curd and mix well.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tbsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, and mix well.
- Next step – place a kadhai on flame, add 1 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, two green cardamoms, two cloves, four peppercorns, two dry red chilli, and saute a little.
- Next step – add 1 tbsp of finely chopped ginger, 2-3 slit green chilli, and saute well.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder and saute on low flame.
- Next step – add 3-4 tbsp of water and mix well.
- Next step – add prepared curd mixture, mix well and cook on medium flame(stir continuously).
- After the gravy turns thick, add hot water as required, salt as per taste, and mix well.
- After the gravy starts boiling, add roasted paneer, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- After 1-2 minutes, add 1/2 tsp of garam masala, chopped coriander, 1 tsp of Kasuri methi, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, turn off the flame and serve it.
