- Peanuts – 300 gram
- Chopped Onion – 2
- Chopped Cucumber – 1
- Chopped Tomato – 2
- Chopped Green Chili – 3 to 4
- Chopped Coriander
- Choppedn Onion – 5 tbsp
- Chopped Tomato – 3 tbsp
- Chopped Cucumber – 5 tbsp
- Chopped Green Chili
- Chopped Coriander
- Chaat Masala – 2 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Masala Papad Recipe
- Choppedn Onion – 1
- Chopped Tomato – 1
- Chopped Green Chili – 2 to 3
- Chopped Coriander
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Lemon juice – As per taste
- Papad – 3
- Chaat Masala
- Red Chili Powder
- Grated Paneer
- Namkeen Sev
- Chopped Coriander
Instructions
- To make the Healthy & tasty Peanut Chaat, place a pan on flame, add oil for shallow fry, and heat a little.
- After the oil is a little hot, add 300 grams of peanuts and fry well on medium flame until golden.
- After the peanuts turn golden, turn off the flame and transfer the roasted peanuts to a plate.
- Next step – take a wide bowl, add 5 tbsp of finely chopped onion, 3 tbsp of finely chopped tomato(remove the seeds before using it), 5 tbsp of finely chopped cucumber, finely chopped green chilli, and finely chopped coriander.
- Next step – add 2 tsp of chaat masala, 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of black salt, salt as per taste, lemon juice, and mix everything well.
- Next step – add fried peanuts and mix well.

- To make the amazing Masala Papad, take a bowl, add one chopped onion, one chopped tomato, finely chopped green chilli, and finely chopped coriander.
- Next step – add one tsp of chaat masala, salt as per taste, lemon juice, and mix well.
- Next step – place a Tawa on flame and heat a little.
- Next step – place papad on the Tawa and roast well on both sides.
- After the papad turns golden & crispy, transfer it to a plate.
