Bread Kalakand Recipe | How to make Bread Kalakand at Home | Instant Kalakand Recipe
Materials
- Milk – 1 Liter
- Sugar – 4 tbsp
- Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
- Saffron strands
- Chopped Dry fruits
- Bread slices – 8
- Dry fruits for garnishing
Instructions
- To make the perfect Instant Bread Kalakand, Place a heavy-based Kadhai on flame, add 1 liter of milk and boil on high flame.
- Next step – after a boil, turn the flame to low and boil the milk until it remains 1/3 of its quantity.
- Next step – After the remains 1/3 of its quantity, add 4 tbsp of sugar & 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
- Next step – turn off the flame, add some saffron strands and chopped dry fruits, and mix well.
- Next step – keep it aside and let it cool.
- Next step – take eight bread slices and cut the brown edges of all bread slices.
- Next step – take a tray, pour a small portion of Rabri into it and spread well.
- Next step – place bread slices into the tray and make a layer.
- Next step – sprinkle little milk on all bread slices.
- Next step – pour prepared Rabri on the bread slice and make a layer.
- Next step – again, place the bread slices and make a layer.
- Next step – pour the remaining Rabri and make another layer.
- Next step – garnish your Kalakand with the chopped Dry fruits.
- Next step – keep the kalakand tray in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
- After 1/2 hour, take out the kalakand tray from the fridge and cut the Kalakand into pieces.
