Rasabali Recipe | How to make Rasabali at Home | Rasabali Oriya Recipe
Materials
- Milk – 1/2 liter
- Saffron – 1 pinch
- Sugar – 4 tsp
- Milk powder – 2 to 3 tbsp
- Paneer – 150
- Semolina – 1 tbsp
- Wheat flour – 1 tbsp
- Green Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
- Garnish with Pistachio flakes
Instructions
- To make the amazing Rasabali Sweet, place a kadhai on flame, add 1/2 liter of milk and some saffron strands.
- Next step – add 4 tbsp of sugar, and 2-3 tbsp of milk powder, mix well, and boil on low to medium flame.
- Next step – take 150 grams of cheese and grate it with the help of a grater.
- Into grated cheese, add 1 tbsp of semolina and 1 tbsp of wheat flour and knead well until it turns smooth.
- Next step – one by one, take the small portions of dough and prepare small Tikkies with them.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add prepared Tikki into hot oil and fry well until golden and crispy.
- After the Tikki turns golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
- After the Rabri turns thick, turn off the flame, add 1 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
- Next step – add prepared Tikki into Rabri(make sure both are hot) and coat them well.
- Next step – close the lid and leave your Rasabali for 4-5 minutes.
- After 4-5 minutes, check your Rasabali and garnish it with chopped pistachio.
- Now your amazing Rasabali Sweet is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
