- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Chopped Garlic -1 tsp
- Chopped Ginger – 1 tsp
- Chopped Onion -1
- Chopped Green Chili
- Chopped French Beans – 1/4 cup
- Chopped Capsicum – 1/4 cup
- Chopped cabbage
- Chopped Carrot – 1/4 cup
- Salt as per Taste
- Black Pepper Powder -1/2 tsp
- Schezwan sauce-2 tbsp
- Cooked/leftover rice – 1.5 cup
Instructions
- To make the incredible Schezwan Fried Rice, place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1 tsp of chopped garlic and 1 tsp of chopped ginger, and saute a little.
- Next step – add one chopped onion, one chopped green chilli and roast for 30 seconds.
- After 30 seconds, add 2 tbsp of chopped french beans, chopped capsicum, chopped cabbage, and chopped carrot, and saute a little.
- After 2 minutes, add salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 2 tbsp of Schezwan sauce, and mix everything well.
- After 2-3 minutes, add 1.5 cups of cooked rice and gently mix on high flame.
- Next step – turn off the flame and garnish your Schezwan rice with chopped spring onion greens.
