Materials
- Oil – 5 tbsp
- Bay Leaf – 3
- Black Cardamom
- Cardamom – 4 to 5
- Black Peppercorns – 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon Stick
- Cloves/Laung -4
- Cumin Seed/Jeera – 1 tsp
- Chopped Onion - 5
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Chopped Green Chili
- Chopped Tomato -5
- Salt – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1 tbsp
- Kashmiri Red chilly powder – 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder
- Cumin Powder – 1 tbsp
- Cashew nut – 50 grams
- Peas/matar – 1 cup
- Chopped Coriander
- Chopped Ginger
- Kasuri methi -1 tsp
- garam masala -1/4 tsp
- Silted Green Chili Cream -3 tsp
Instructions
- To make the perfect All-Purpose Gravy Curry Base, place a heavy-based pan on flame, add 5 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add three bay leaves, one big cardamom, five green cardamoms, 1/2 tsp of peppercorn, one cinnamon stick, four cloves & 1 tsp of cumin seeds, and saute everything a little.
- Next step – add five finely chopped onions and roast well on high flame until golden.
- After the onion turns golden, turn the flame to medium, add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Next step – add finely chopped green chilli, mix well, and roast on medium flame.
- Next step – add five chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp of salt, and cook on high flame with a closed lid.
- Next step – take a small bowl, add 1 tbsp of turmeric powder, 2 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 2 tbsp of coriander powder, and 1 tbsp of cumin powder.
- Next step – add water, mix well and prepare a paste.
- After the gravy releases the oil, add the prepared masala mixture, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- After 2-3 minutes, add 5 tbsp of cashew paste(take 5 tbsp of cashew, boil in water for 5 minutes, after that make a fine paste), mix well and cook.
- After 2-3 minutes, turn off the flame, add silted green chilli and chopped coriander and mix well.
- Now your amazing All-Purpose gravy Curry is completely ready, and you can store it for ten days in the fridge or 30 days in the freezer.

- To use this All Purpose Gravy Curry Base, place a pan on flame, add two big spoons of prepared All-Purpose Gravy Curry Base, and heat a little.
- Next step – 1 cup of add frozen peas, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- After the gravy releases the oil, add little water and mix well.
- Next step – add salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of Kasuri methi, and mix well.
