Materials
- Chopped mango – 1.5 cup
- Sugar – 3/4 cup
- Custard powder – 1/2 cup
- water – 1 cup
- Ghee – 4 tbsp
- Chopped Almonds
- Chopped Cashew nut
Instructions
- To make the Perfect Mango Halwa, take two mangoes.
- Next step – peel the mangoes and cut the them into small pieces.
- Next step – take a grinding jar, add mango pieces, 3/4 cup of sugar, and grind well.
- Next step – add 1/2 cup of vanilla custard powder and churn well again.
- Next step – take a kadhai and add prepared mango paste into it.
- Next step – add 1 cup of water and mix well.
- Next step – take a cake tin, place a butter paper and grease it with ghee/oil.
- Next step – place the kadhai on flame, stir continuously and cook until it turns thick and shiny.
- After 4-5 minutes, add 1 tbsp of ghee, mix well and cook.
- After the halwa absorb the ghee, add 1 tbsp of ghee and mix well.
- After the halwa absorb the ghee, add 1 tbsp of ghee and mix well.
- After the Halwa leaves the pan, add chopped cashew & almonds, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, and mix everything well.
- Now turn off the flame, transfer the Halwa into the greased tin, and spread well.
- Next step – keep the tin in the fridge for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, take out halwa from the fridge and cut it into pieces.
