Instant Khandvi Recipe | How to make Instant Khandvi at Home | Gujrati Khandvi Recipe
Materials
- Gram flour – 1 bowl
- Chopped Ginger – 1 Inch
- Chopped Green Chili – 3-4
- Sour Curd – 1 bowl
- Asafoetida – 2 pinch
- Salt as per Taste
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Water – 2 bowl
- Oil – 1 drop
- Chopped Coriander
Instructions
- To make the Instant Gujrati Khandvi, take a grinding jar and add 1 cup of gram flour to it.
- Now add 1 inch of chopped ginger, 3-4 green chilli, 1 cup of sour curd, and 2 pinches of asafoetida.
- Now add salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, and blend everything well.
- Now, take a bowl and transfer the prepared batter into it.
- Now add 2 cups of water into a bowl and mix well with the help of a whisker.
- Now, take a non-stick pan and grease it with oil.
- Now, pour the prepared batter into the pan, spread the batter, and make a layer.
- Now place an iron Tawa on flame and preheat it for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, place the Non-stick pan on the Iron Tawa.
- Now, close the lid and cook the khandvi for 3 minutes.
- After 3 minutes, remove the lid, turn off the flame and let it cool down.
- After the khandvi turns, cool down, garnish it with coriander, and cut the khandvi into stirps.
- Now roll all Khandvi strips like the following image.
- Now, follow the same steps and prepare the Khandvi with the remaining batter.
- Now place a tempering pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
- After the hot oil, add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tbsp of white sesame, some curry leaves, and chopped green chilli.
- Now turn off the flame and add prepared tempering to the khandvi.
- Now your perfect and most tasty Instant Khandvi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
