  • Sugar powder – 1 tbsp

Materials

  • Basmati Rice – 1/4 cup 
  • Milk – 500 ML
  • Milkmaid – 200 Grams 
  • Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp 
  • Chilled cream – 200 ML 
  • Sugar powder – 1 tbsp 
  • Chocolate syrup 

Instructions

  • To make the perfect Choco Flurry Phirni, take 1/4 cup of Basmati Rice and soak it into the water for 1/2 hour.
  • After 1/2 hour, remove the excess water, add rice into a grinding jar and make a coarse paste.
  • Now, place a pan on flame, add 500 ML of milk and boil on medium flame.
  • After a boil, add rice paste into milk and cook until it turns thick.
  • After the Phirni mix turns thick, add 200 grams of milkmaid and mix well.
  • Now add 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, mix well and turn off the flame.
  • After the Phirni turns cool, transfer it to an air-tight box.
  • Now, place a plastic sheet on the box and keep it in the fridge for 1.5 hours.
  • After 1.5 hours, take out your Phirni from the fridge.
  • To make the flurry, take a bowl and add 200 ML of chilled cream to it.
  • Now, whisk the cream until it turns floppy.
  • Now add 1 tbsp of sugar powder and whisk well again until strip peak.
  • Now separate the 1/2 cup of cream into a bowl.
  • Now add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder into the remaining cream and whisk again.
  • Now take white whipped cream, little by little, add chilled Phirni into it and mix well.
  • Now wrap a plastic sheet and let it set into the freezer for 1/2 hour.
  • Now, fill chilled Phirni and chocolate flurry in two different piping bags.
  • Now take a glass, and fill the glass with Phirni and chocolate flurry(first make a layer of Phirni, then chocolate flurry, then Phirni again, do this until glass filled).
  • Add chocolate syrup in between chocolate flurry and Phirni.
  • Now your Perfect Choco Flurry Phirni is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
