- To make the Perfect Thick and creamy Curd take full cream milk and Boil until two to three boils.
- After 2-3 boiled turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Now, take a casserole or clay pot.
- Now add Milk to the casserole or clay pot.
- Now add 1 tbsp of Curd starter and mix well.
- Now, close the casserole.
- Now wrap the casserole with a cloth.
- Now, keep it aside for 3-4 hours.
- After 3-4 hours your thick and creamy curd is ready.
