Materials
- Bread Slices – 2 pcs
- Cooking oil
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1 pinch
- Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Paneer/cheese – 50 grams
- Gram flour – 1 cup
- Finely chopped green chilli – 2 pcs
- Finely chopped onion – 1 pcs
- Finely chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped tomato – 1 pcs
- Sweet corns(optional) – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- To make the perfect & Bread Chilla, take a bowl and add 1 cup of gram flour to it.
- Now add 1 pinch of turmeric powder, 1 pinch asafoetida, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, and 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chilli, 1 tsp of oil, and mix everything well.
- Now, little by little, add water and prepare a medium thick batter.
- Now add baking soda, finely chopped coriander, and mix well.
- Now cover the batter and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Now, place a pan on flame, grease it with oil, and heat well.
- Now pour 1 ladle full batter on the pan and spread well.
- Now sprinkle some oil on the edges of the Chilla.
- Now, take a bread slice, dip it into the batter and place it on the Chilla.
- Now add finely chopped onion, boiled corn, finely chopped tomato, and sprinkle chaat masala.
- Flip the Chilla, sprinkle some oil, and roast well after some time.
- After 1 minute, wrap the Chilla on the Bread and transfer it to a plate.
- Now roast the next Bread chilla and garnish them with coriander, tomato, and grated cheese.
- Now your Bread chilla is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
