- Peanuts – 1 cup
- Poha/Flatten Rice – 1/2 cup
- Til/Sesame seeds – 1/2 cup
- Gud/Jaggery
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- To make a healthy and tasty Poha Peanuts Ladoo, first place a pan on flame, add 1 cup of peanuts, and roast until golden.
- After peanuts turn a little golden, turn off the flame, transfer it to a plate, and let it cool completely.
- Now, again, place the pan on flame, add 1/2 cup of Poha(Flatten rice), and roast until golden on low flame.
- Now, turn off the flame and transfer the Poha to a plate and let it cool.
- Now, place the pan on flame, add 1/2 cup of sesame seeds, and roast well on low flame until golden.
- After sesame sees turns golden, turn off the flame and transfer it to a plate and let it cool.
- Now, after peanuts turn cool, rub it with a cloth, remove the peel, and strain with a strainer.
- Now, take a grinding jar, add roasted Poha, grind well, and make a fine powder.
- Now transfer the Poha powder to a bowl.
- Now add roasted peanuts into the grinding jar and grind well and make a coarse powder.
- Now, transfer the Peanuts powder to the bowl with Poha powder.
- Now add sesame seeds, 1 cup of crushed jaggery, and blend well.13 – Now transfer the mix to the bowl.
