Til Gur Barfi Recipe | How to make Til Gud Barfi Recipe | Sesame Seeds Barfi Recipe
Materials
- Sesame Seeds – 250 Grams
- Jaggey/Gur – 260 Grams
- Peanuts – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Water – 4 tbsp
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Chopped dry fruits for garnishing
Instructions
- To make winter special, Til Gur Barfi first takes 250 grams of white sesame/Til and 260 grams of crushed Jaggery.
- Now place a pan on flame, add Til to it, dry roast well on low flame, and stir continuously.
- After 2 minutes, turn off the flame and transfer the roasted til to a plate and let it cool.
- Now, take a grinding jar, add roasted Til into it, grind on the pulse, and make a coarse powder.
- Now transfer the Til powder to a plate.
- Now, add 1/2 cup of roasted peanuts into the grinding jar, grind well, and make a coarse powder(optional).
- Now transfer the peanuts Powder to the plate with Til Powder.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix everything well.
- Now place a pan on low flame and add 4 tbsp of water, crushed Jaggery, 2 tbsp of ghee and mix well and melt.
- While melting the Jaggery, take a plate and grease it with ghee.
- After Jaggery melts and starts boiling, turn off the flame and add Til powder mix into the pan and mix well.
- Now transfer the barfi mix to the greased plate and spread well.
- Now garnish it with chopped dry fruits.14 – When the Barfi is slightly hot, make cut marks on it and let it set.
- Now your Til Gur Barfi/Sesame seeds Barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
