Materials

  • Peanuts/Mungfalli – 1 cup
  • Til/Sesame seeds – 1 cup
  • Jaggery /Gud- 1 cup
  • Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  • To make Healthy and testy Til-Mungfali Ladoo first, place a pan on flame, add 1 cup of peanuts, and dry roast until golden.
  • After peanuts turn golden, turn off the flame, transfer the roasted peanuts to a plate, and let it cool completely.
  • Now again, place the pan on low flame, add 1 cup of white sesame seeds, and roast until a little golden.
  • After sesame seeds turn a little golden, turn off the flame, transfer the roasted sesame seeds to a plate, and let it cool completely.
  • Now remove the skill of peanuts with the help of a cloth.
  • Now, take a grinding jar, add roasted peanuts, grind well, and make a coarse powder.
  • Now transfer the peanuts mix into a bowl.
  • Now add sesame seeds and 1 cup of crushed jaggery into the pan, blend well, and make a coarse powder.
  • Now transfer the sesame mix into the same pan with peanuts mix.
  • Now add 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, and mix well.
  • Now take lemon size mix and prepare Ladoo with it.
  • Now, one by one, prepare Ladoo with the remaining mix.
