Materials
- White Dried Peas / Vatana- 2 Cup
- Mashed Boiled Potato-2
- Finely chopped Onion- 3
- Finely chopped Tomato- 4
- Chopped Green Chilli- 4
- Grated Ginger- 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli powder- 1 tsp
- Black Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
- Salt-1/2 tsp
- Black Salt- 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala- 2 tsp
- Channa Masala – 1 tsp
- Roasted Cumin powder- 1 tsp
- Dry Mango Powder – 1 tsp
- Hara Dhaniya Chutney- 2 tbsp
- Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Coriander
Instructions
- To make amazing Kulche Wale Matar Ke Chole, first take 2 cups of white dried peas and soak them into water overnight.
- Now, place a cooker on flame and add soaked Peas into it (remove the excess water before adding into the cooker).
- Now add 2.5 cups of water, salt as per taste, close the lid and cook until 3-4 whistle.
- After 3-4 whistles, let the pressure release and one pressure release transfer the peas to a bowl.
- Now mash the Peas a little.
- Now, into mashed peas, add 2 mashed potatoes,3 finely chopped onion, 4 finely chopped tomatoes, and mix everything well.
- Now add 3 chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp of grated ginger, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black salt, 2 tsp of chaat masala, 1 tsp of chana masala.
- Now add 1 tsp of roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp of dry mango powder and mix everything well.
- Now add 2 tbsp of coriander chutney, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, finely chopped coriander and mix well.
- Now your Kulche Wale Matar is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
