Batata Phodi Recipe | How to make Potato Rava Fry at Home | Tawa Potatoes Fry Recipe
Materials
- Raw Potatoes – 4
- Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
- Sooji/Semolina – 1/2 cup
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Oil few drops
Instructions
- To make this amazing Potato snack, first take 4 potatoes and peel the skin of all potatoes.
- Now, cut the all potatoes into medium thickness slices and add them to water.
- Now, take a bowl and add 2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Now add 2 tbsp of water and mix well and prepare a paste.
- Now add all potato slices into the bowl and coat well with masala Mix.
- Now, take 1/2 cup of Semolina, add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, and mix well.
- Now, one by one, coat all potato slices with Semolina on both sides and keep them on a plate.
- Now, place a Tawa on flame and grease it with oil and heat well.
- After the pan is hot, place coated potato slice on Tawa.
- Now add some drops of oil, close the lid and roast well on low flame.
- After 5 minutes, check the potato slices and flip all slices roast well until crispy and golden on low flame.
- After all-slices turn golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and roast the next batch.
- Now your Tawa Rava Potato fries are completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
