Materials
- Grated Paneer/Indian Cheese – 500 grams
- Milk Powder – 2 tbsp
- Condensed Milk – 400 grams
- Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
- Pistachio for garnishing
Instructions
- To make Instant Kalakand, first take 500 Grams of grated cheese.
- Now add 2 tbsp of milk powder, 400 grams of condensed milk in grated cheese.
- Now mix everything well.
- Now place a pan on flame, add prepared Mix, and cook and stir until it turns thick.
- After Mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame, add 1 tsp of cardamom powder, and mix well.
- Now, take a tray, place butter paper into it, and grease it with oil.
- Now transfer the Kalaknd mix into the tray and spread well.
- Now, let it set for 2 hours of 1/2 hour in the fridge.
- After 2 hours, transfer the Kalakand to a plate and cut it into pieces.
- Now garnish the Kalakand with chopped Pistachio.
- Now your Instat Kalakand is completly ready and syou can enjoy it.
