Materials
- Poha/Flatten Rice – 1 cup
- Oats – 1/4 cup
- Curd – 4 tbsp
- Chopped carrot – 2 tbsp
- Chopped capsicum – 2 tbsp
- Chopped onion 1 Pcs
- Chopped Green chilli – 1 pcs
- Chopped tomato – 1 pcs
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Turmeric Powder 2 pinch
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Red chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Water – 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped coriander
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida – 2 pinch
- Sesame Seeds – 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Dry red chillies – 2 pcs
Instructions
- To make Healthy Poha oats cake, first take 1 cup of flattened rice/Poha.
- Now wash and soak Poha for 2-3 minutes.
- Now place a pan on flame and add1/4 cup of oats to it, and roast well on a low, medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Now turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Now, transfer the oats to a grinding jar, grind well, and make a fine powder.

- Now add 1 tsp of red chilli powder, salt as per taste, 2 pinch turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1/2 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, and mix everything well.
- Now add 2 tbsp of water and mix well and prepare a thick batter.
- Now, let it rest for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, check the mix and add finely chopped coriander, 1 tsp of lemon juice and mix well.
- Now place a pan on flame and add 1 glass of water, place a stand into it and boil water on high flame.
- Now, take a tin and grease it with oil.
