Materials
- Wheat Flour – 1 cup
- Sooji/Semolina – 5 tbsp
- Curd – 1/2 cup
- Salt as per taste
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
- Finey chopped Onion – 1
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Chopped Potato – 1
- Chopped carrot – 1
- Chopped capsicum – 1/2
- Chopped tomato – 1
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 2 pinch
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Finely chopped coriander
- Eno Fruit salt – 1 sachet
- Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
- mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
- Tomato Kechup – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- To make an amazing Atta Tadka Bomb, first take a bowl and add 1 cup of wheat flour.
- Now add 5 tbsp of semolina, 1/2 cup of curd, and mix well.
- Now add salt as per taste, add water as required, and prepare a thick batter.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, one finely chopped onion, and saute well for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, and mix well and saute.
- Now add one chopped potato and roast well until it becomes soft.
- Now add one chopped carrot, 1/2 chopped capsicum, one chopped tomato, mix well, and roast.
- Now add 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, two pinch turmeric powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala, and mix well and saute well for 1 minute.
- Now transfer the roasted veggie mix into wheat flour batter and mix well.
- Now add finely chopped coriander, one sachet of Eno fruit salt, 1 tsp of lemon juice, and gently mix well.
- Now, you can make your atta bomb using a small pan or Tadka Pan or Appe pan.
- To make Atta Tadka Bomb using Tadka Pan, place Tadka pan on flame, add two drops of oil, and grease it well.
- Now fill half of Tadka pan with mix and roast well.
- Now add 1 tbsp of mayonnaise mix(take 3 tbsp of white mayonnaise and add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup and mix well).
- Now cover the mayonnaise with batter and add some drops of oil to it.
- Now, close the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, turn it to another side and cook well for 1 minute.
- Now transfer it to a plate and cook the next atta Tadka bomb.
- To make Atta Bomb with an Appe pan, place the Appe pan on flame and grease it with oil.
- Now fill atta bomb batter into pan and add mayonnaise and cover it with batter.
- Now, close the lid and cook for 2-30 minutes.
- After 2-3 minutes, flip all Appe and roast well on another side.
- After 2 minutes, transfer all atta bomb to a plate.
