Materials
- Boiled Potatoes – 5
- Finely Chopped Onion – 1
- Finely Chopped Capsicum – 2 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Green Chilli – 2
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Crushed Coriander Seeds – 1 tsp
- All Purpose Flour – 1 tbsp
- Bread Slices – 3
- Finely Chopped Coriander
- Salt as per taste
- Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
- All Purpose Flour – 4 tbsp
- Bread Crumb
For Sauce Recipe
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Ginger- 1 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Onion – 2 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tsp
- Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
- Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
- Water – 2 tbsp
- Corn Flour – 1 tsp
- Vinegar – 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Flakes
Instructions
- To make Potato Lolipop, first take five boiled and grated potatoes.
- Now add one finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp of finely chopped capsicum, two chopped green chilli.
- Now add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1 tsp of crushed coriander seeds.
- Now add 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of bread crumb(take three bread slices and grind them with a grinding jar and make fine powder), finely chopped coriander, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of lemon juice.
- Now, mix everything well with your hands.
- Now, take lemon size mix and prepare a cylinder shape.7 – Now, insert an ice cream stick and prepare a lollipop.8 – Now, one by one, prepare Lolipop with the remaining mix.10 – Now, take a bowl and add 4 tbsp of all-purpose flour, salt as per taste.

- Now, place a pan on flame and heat well on medium-high flame.
- After 15 minutes, take out all lollipops from the freezer, and one by one, add Lolipop into hot oil and fry well until golden
- After some time, flip them and fry well on all sides on medium-high flame.
- After Lolipop turns golden, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
- To prepare the sauce, place a pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
- Now add 1 tbsp of chopped garlic, 1 tbsp of grated ginger, 2 tbsp of chopped onion, and saute well.
- After sometime , add 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup, 1 tsp of red chilli sauce, 1 tsp of chilli powder, one tp of soya sauce, 2 tbsp of water, and mix well.
- Now, take 1 tsp of cornflour, add water, mix well, and prepare a slurry.
- Now, little by little, add slurry into the pan and mix well.
- Now add 1 tsp of vinegar, red chilli flakes and mix well and cook for 1 minute
- Now turn off the flame, and your sauce is entirely ready.
- Now garnish potato lollipop with prepared sauce.
- Now your Potato Lolipop is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

20 – After some time add 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup, 1 tsp of red chilli sauce, 1 tsp of chilli powder, one tp of soya sauce, 2 tbsp of water, and mix well.
21 – Now, take 1 tsp of cornflour, add water, mix well, and prepare a slurry.
22 – Now, little by little, add slurry into the pan and mix well.
23 – Now add 1 tsp of vinegar, red chilli flakes and mix well and cook for 1 minute.
24 – Now turn off the flame, and your sauce is entirely ready.
25 – Now garnish potato lollipop with prepared sauce.
26 – Now your Potato Lolipop is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
