Materials
- 1/2 cup Sooji
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- Curry Leaves
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 pcs Finely chopped Onion
- 1 pcs Finely chopped Onion
- 1 pcs Finely chopped capsicum
- 1 pcs Finely chopped carrot
- Finely chopped coriander
- 1 pcs Finely chopped tomato
- 1 pcs Finely chopped cabbage
- 2 tbsp Mustard oil for Tadka
Instructions
- To make Perfect Uttapam, first take a grinding jar and add 1/2 cup of semolina, 1 cup of True elements Ots, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 cup of curd, 1/2 cup of water.
- Now blend everything well and prepare a batter.
- Now transfer the batter into a bowl, and if you want to prepare a different style of Uttapam, then separate the batter into 2 different bowls.
- Now take a bowl of batter and add 2 tbsp of chopped capsicum, 1 pcs of chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp of chopped tomato, 2 tbsp of chopped carrot, 2 tbsp of chopped onion, 1 tsp of ginger paste, 1 tsp of lime juice, chopped coriander and mix everything well.
- Now, place a pan on flame, grease it with oil, and heat it on medium flame.
- Now, add 1 pinch of baking soda into the batter and mix well in one direction
- After the pan is hot, add 1 full ladle batter and spread, and add little oil on it.
- After it turns golden, turn it to another side and cook until golden.
- After it turns golden, transfer it to a plate and cook next to Uttapam.
- Now again, place a pan on flame and add 1 full ladle batter(add batter that we have separated before).
- Now add chopped capsicum, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped carrot, chopped green chili, chopped coriander, and add little oil.
- Now cook on low, medium flame.
- After it turns golden, turn it to another side and roast well.
- After the Uttapam roaster, well transfer it to a plate and cook the next Uttapam.
- Now your both types of Uttapam are completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
