Bread Kachori Recipe | How to make Bread Kachori at Home | Easy Breakfast Recipe
Materials
- 4 Boiled & grated potato
- 2 Finely chopped green chilli
- 3 tbsp Finely chopped Onion
- 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Salt per taste
- Finely chopped coriander
- 12 Bread
- Bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp All Purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- water as required
- Mozzarella cheese
- Oil for deep fry
Instructions
- To make Bread Kachori, first take four boiled & grated potatoes.
- Now add two chopped green chilli, 3 tbsp of finely chopped onion, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1 tsp of chaat masala.
- Now take another bowl and add 2 tbsp of Schezwan sauce, 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, and well.
- Now add 3 tbsp Schezwan sauce and mayonnaise mixture into potato mixture and mix everything well.
- Now salt as per taste, chopped coriander, mix well, and let it set into the fridge.
- Now, take 12 pcs of bread and cut the brown edges of all bread.
- Now, one by one, roll all pieces of bread with the help of a roller pin.
- Now, cut all bread with the help of a cap.
- Now, take leftover bread pieces and prepare a bread crumb.
- Now, take a bowl and add 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp of salt.
- Now add 2 tbsp of water and mix well and make a fine paste.
- Now, take two rolled bread and add 1 tbsp of potato mix and mozzarella on one piece.
- Now apply all-purpose flour paste on the edges of the bread.
- Now, place the second bread on the first bread and close it from all sides.
- Now, make impressions on all sides of Kachori with the help of a fork.
- Now, one by one, prepare all Kachori with the remaining pieces of bread.
- Now, take the remaining all-purpose flour mix, add water, mix well, and prepare a slurry.
- Now, one by one, take a bread kachori and first dip it into all-purpose flour slurry and second coat it with bread crumbs.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry and heat on medium flame.
- After the oil is medium hot, add prepared Kachori into the pan and fry well until golden.
- After Bread Kachori turns golden, transfer them to a plate and fry the nest batch.
- Now your Bread Kachori is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
