Materials
- 200 grams Cashew Nut
- 200 ML Milk
- 400 Grams Cottage Cheese
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Rose Essence
Instructions
- To make this unique style, Kaju Milk Barfi first takes 200 Grams of Cashew and 200 ML of milk.
- Now, soak the cashew into milk for 2 hours.
- Now, take a grinding jar and add soaked cashew and milk into it.
- Now grind cashew and make on the pulse and make a fine paste.
- Now into the jar, add 400 grams of cheese, grind well, and make a fine paste(Add milk if required).
- Now, place a pan on flame and grease with oil.
- Now add Barfi mix into the pan, add 3/4 cup of sugar, mix well, and cook on low flame until the mix starts leaving the pan.
- While cooking the mix, take a tray, grease it with oil/ghee, and keep it aside.
- After the Barfi mix starts leaving the pan and releasing the ghee, turn off the flame, add 1 tsp of rose essence, and mix well.
- Now transfer the barfi mix into the tray and spread well, and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, check the barfi and cut it into pieces.
- Now to take a barfi piece and make impressions on it with a stick.
- Now garnish it with chopped pistachio, cardamom seeds, and rose petals.
- Now garnish all Barfi pieces.
- Now your Kaju Milk Barfi is entirely ready, and you can enjoy it.
