Materials
- 1/2 cup Warm Milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Ghee/Oil
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- To make Market-style Shakkarpara, first take a bowl and add 1/2 cup of warm milk.
- Now add 1/2 cup of sugar and mix well.
- After sugar melts, add 1/2 cup of ghee and mix well(do not add ghee before sugar melts).
- Now, little by little, add 2 cups of all-purpose flour and mix well and prepare a soft dough.
- Now cover the dough and let it set for 1 hour & 15 minutes.
- After 1 hour, check the dough and knead well one more time.
- Now, divide the dough into two parts.
- Now one part of the dough and keep the second parts cover with avet cloth.
- Now it with the help of a roller pin and make sure that the is dough not too thick or not too thin.
- Now, cut the dough into any shape you want.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry and heat well.
- After the oil is medium hot, add prepared Shakkarpara to the pan and fry until golden and crisp.
- Stir with a spoon, and after Shakkarpara turns golden, transfer them into a plate and fry the next batch.
- Now your Shakkarpare are entirely ready, and you can enjoy them.
