Aam Ki Launji Recipe | How to make Aam Ki Launji at Home | Mango Chutney Recipe
Materials
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Carom Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Nigella/Kalonji
- 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 cup Water
- Salt as per taste
- 1 cup Jaggery
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Instructions
- To make Aam Ki Launji, take 2 Raw mangoes (500 Grams).
- Now, peel the mangoes, roughly cut the mangoes into thick slices, and remove the seeds.
- Now place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp of Nigella/Kalonji, 1/2 tsp of fennel seeds, 2 pinches of asafoetida, mix, and saute well for 1 minute.
- Now add mango pieces and mix well and saute.
- After mixing well, add 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well on low flame.
- Now add 1 cup of water, salt as per taste and mix well.
- Now, close the lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add 1 cup of crushed jaggery and melt well on medium-high flame.
- Now test it and if you found a sourer, add more jaggery and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of chaat masala, 1/2 tsp of garam masala and mix well.
- Now, turn off the flame and transfer It into a bowl.
- Now your Aam ki Launji is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
