Milk Pista Barfi Recipe | How to Make Milk Barfi at Home | Pista Burfi with Milk Powder
Materials
- 2 cup Milk Powder
- 5-6 tbsp Ghee
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Water
- 2-3 crop Kevda essence
- Chopped pistachio
Instructions
- To make perfect Milk Pista Barfi, take a bowl and add 2 cups of milk powder to it.
- Now add 5-6 tbsp of ghee and mix well with milk powder.
- Now place a pan on flame, add 3/4 cup of sugar, 3/4 cup of water and melt the sugar on medium flame.
- While preparing the sugar syrup, take a tray, place butter paper into it and grease it with ghee.
- Now spread chopped pistachio into the tray.
- After sugar melts, add 2-3 drops of Kevda essence and mix well.
- Now check your sugar syrup with your finger; if it feels sticky, this means your sugar syrup consistency is perfect.
- Now turn off the flame, little by little, add milk powder mixture and mix well.
- Now, turn on the flame and cook on a low flame until it starts leaving the pan.
- After the mix starts leaving the pan & turns thick, turn off the flame and transfer the mixture to the greased tray.
- Now spread well and let it set for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- After 15 minutes, take out your barfi to a platform and remove the butter paper.
- Now, cut your barfi into small pieces.
- Now your perfect Milk Pista Barfi is ready, and you can enjoy it.
