Materials
- 1 cup Gram Flour
- 1 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1 cup Ghee
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 cup Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- To make Perfect 7 Cup Burfi, first set any cup for measurement & use same for all.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add 1 cup of gram flour, and dry roast until aromatic.
- Now turn off the flame and add 1 cup of desiccated coconut and mix well.
- Now add 1 cup of ghee, 1 cup of milk, 3 cups of sugar.
- Now turn on the flame and mix well and cook on low flame and stir continuously.
- While cooking the Burfi mix, take a tray, grease it with oil, place butter paper on it, and grease well.
- Now add 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, mix well, and cook until it starts leaving the pan.
- After the mix starts releasing the pan, turn off the flame, transfer it into the tray, and spread well.
- Now, let it set for some time.
- After 2 minutes, add cut marks on the burfi while it is a little hot.
- After the burfi is cool, garnish it with silver Vark and pistachio.
- Now, your 7 Cup Burfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

7 Cup Burfi Recipe – Step By Step
