- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Rice flour – 1/4 cup
- Chopped Onion – 1
- Chopped Carrot – 1
- Chopped Capsicum – 1
- Chopped Green Chilli – 2 to 3
- Chopped Tomato – 1
- Chopped Coriander
- Salt as per Taste
- Cumin Seed – 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Red Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Curd – 2 tbsp
- Baking Powder – 1 tsp
- Oil
For Garlic Chutney
- Garlic Cloves – 1/4 cup
- Red Chili Powder- 2 tbsp
- Kashmiri Red chilly powder – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Curd – 2 tbsp
- Water – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- To make the perfect Wheat flour Breakfast, take a bowl, add 1 cup of wheat flour & 1/4 cup of rice flour and mix well.
- Next step – add chopped onion, one chopped carrot, one chopped capsicum, 2-3 chopped green chilli, one chopped tomato, and chopped coriander.
- Next step – add salt per taste, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, and 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Next step – add 2 tbsp of curd, 1 tsp of baking powder, and mix everything well.
- Next step – little by little, add water and prepare a thick batter.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add oil for shallow frying, and heat well on medium flame.
- After the oil is hot, take a ladle full of batter and drop it into hot oil like Malpua.
- After the snack turns light golden, flip it and fry on the sides.
- After the snack turns golden, transfer it to a plate and fry the next batch.

- To make the perfect Instant chutney, take a grinding jar, add 1/4 cup of garlic cloves, 2 tbsp of red chilli powder, 2 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of sugar.
- Next step – grind everything well and make a coarse paste.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of oil, and heat a little.
- Next step – add 2 tbsp of curd mix (2 tbsp of water and 2 tbsp of curd) and mix well.
- After 1 minute, turn off the flame and serve it with wheat flour Snack.
